Made from the fermentation of unique virgin sugar cane honey, distilled in an antique alembic copper still, then is aged in the highest quality pre-used oak barrels from ex-bourbon. Finally we use our traditional family Solera System where the master blender conceives with all his senses and skills to produce the most exquisite blend, using only the finest barrels from each vintage year, approved for bottling under the highest quality control.
Deep and noble mahogany brown colour, incredibly dark and yet golden colours, superb shine and richness in the glass. When the bottle is opened a hypnotic aroma, with intricate roasted honey, Colombian coffee, royal toffee, dark chocolate, mature oak and parfait roundness. The mouth feel is extremely smooth, with fudge, flavours of parfait sweet Colombian coffee, dark chocolate. The finish is long, complex, with light oak flavours coming into play, giving you the sensation of extreme quality and balance between strength and softness.
