Briottet SAS is a family business founded in 1836. Initially wine merchant, they later contributed to the development of the aperitif . "Blanc Cassis", the production began to include regional liqueurs and in particular Crème de Cassis de Dijon which now represents 60% of the sales. Briottet SAS produce approximately 3500 hl of liqueurs or base products.
Generation have succeeded generations and today the Managing Director, Gérard BRIOTTET, maintains tradition at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon. Magnificent vaulted cellars ensure the ageing of its "Marc de Bourgogne" (grappa) in 228 litres barrels and keep the liqueur at a constant temperature, away from the light.
