Today is Japanese Mountain Day (Yamanohi) , which is a day to remind everyone to be grateful for the mountains, because they provided us many different resources.
Just like the Kozue Gin that I am about to introduce, it is made from Koyamaki (the leaves of Japanese pine) and Sansho (pepper) that are abundant in the mountains of Wakayama, so this gin is full of herbal aroma , with a tail note of spicy because of the pepper.
