It all started in the 19 Century. East Imperial traced the unique quinine from Java province
where the Dutch originally sourced it from the period during 1888-1942.
The same principle has applied in sourcing all ingredients; sugar cane, Mombasa and
Thai ginger root, yuzu or pomelo. Apart from this, the water is sourced from an artesian
spring located in the North Island of New Zealand which gives the most natural sensation without filter.
East Imperial uses only all natural highest quality ingredients, with no artificial colours,
flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, and these give the East Imperial range its distinct flavour profile.
