Irish coffee isn’t a coffee, is a name of a cocktail

Don’t stir when you drink it. Icy cream on upper lip; and hot espresso with whisky on the lower lip. What a amalgamation of ice and fire.

Irish Coffee Ingredients:

•2 Parts of Tullamore D.E.W.
•4 Parts of espresso coffee
•1 Part of Demerara sugar
•2½ Parts of cream

How to Make:

1.Pour Tullamore D.E.W., hot espresso coffee and Demerara sugar into an Irish Coffee glass
2.Shake the cream in a shaker until thickened before layering over the drink
3.Garnish with a grating of nutmeg and 3 coffee beans
