Since today is National Tequila Day, we would to share some facts between Tequila and Mezcal.
Tequila is a type of Mezcal, and Mezcal is defined as any agave based spirit made in Mexico. As Tequila must be made from only blue agave, whereas Mezcal can be made from a wide variety of agave.
