Let’s make a Spicy Pisco Sour on the International Pisco Sour Day!
40ml Demonio De Los Andes Pisco Acholado Eau-de-Vie
20ml Giffard Mango (Mangue) sirop
20ml Giffard Bubble Gum sirop
20ml Fresh lemon juice
½ Egg white
3 dashes Orange bitters
3 dashes Aromatic bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients. Shake until well chilled. Strain into the flute. Garnish with bitters drawing a line.
